Nice people and cozy apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people are really nice and respectful, the building itself is pretty quiet. Nice apartments even tho a little pricey sometimes. Neighborhood is well connected.
Cons:
The building is a little old and could use some renovations. The neighborhood is loud but except some muffled music we don’t really hear much from our apartment.

A meh place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors inside the building are nice and relatively quiet.
Cons:
The block is LOUD. The super throws loud parties behind the building. I keep finding these small roaches in my kitchen despite being very clean. The trash chutes are disgusting and covered in dead bugs and garbage. The management company only responds after you send them two to three emails about the same thing, and same with the super - two to three texts or hours to get a response. Not a terrible property but really not great either. Glad I’m moving out at the end of my lease.
Advice to owner:
Keep a cleaner building. Ask the management company and super to respond more promptly.

It was ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone in the building was friendly and not too loud. I did not have an insect problem.
Cons:
My individual apt was small abd dark and learned to regret it. Bedroom faced courtyard so very loud especially with parties.

Roach paradise quit big rooms
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the amount of space we had in each room. We had great light from the windows and an elevator as well.
Cons:
There is an INSANE cockroach problem in this building. An exterminator would come every two weeks but that still didn’t help. Then he just stopped coming all together and when we mentioned how awful it had gotten to our super he said he would do something but still has yet to come to our apartment. The apartment faces broadway and is a very loud street. I know you won’t get silence anywhere in the city but it made it hard to sleep and sometimes even talk.
