My review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious apartments. In-building washer/dryers. Dishwashers.
Cons:
Occasional roaches in apartment unit and basement where laundry is located. Buzzer did not work. Management was often not responsive.

Big Bug Problem!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet. Not many issues with neighbors. Elevator worked all the time and laundry in building was easy.
Cons:
Once we got roaches they wouldn’t stop coming. We notified the super and even signed up for pest control but never actually has anyone show up. They were there since we moved in. I had broken sinks, one took months to get fixed. In the winter our hot water was off for a couple of days. My radiator was never fixed when I said no heat was coming from it. We had lost checks and rent was days late being taken out.
Advice to owner:
Just fix things and make sure pests are taken care of

Building is OK - decent shape but management not always super helpful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the train. Apartment is in reasonably good shape but not amazing. We have one of the four bedroom units and we like it. Building is reasonably clean, but not spotless.
Cons:
Management is pretty unresponsive. One of us got locked out and the super and building owner didn't respond at all. Waited for hours until someone with a key showed up. Lots of package thefts and building owners don't care at all. Rooms are small.
Advice to owner:
More friendly and responsive to tenant needs. Do something about package thefts.

Cons:

Good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet street. Quiet building. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Trash and recycling were constantly overflowing...Needed more trash cans. Buzzer system was glitchy and not much care was taken to fix. Ongoing issue with tenants having packages stolen (likely from people off the street) and no efforts were made to prevent.
Advice to owner:
Make effort to have the tenants feel heard and taken care of.
