Great for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
After 4 years, having a 3bed under 3K was a fantastic deal. Renovated and clean look
Cons:
Hate the outside noise. No laundry in building.

Management company lacks follow through
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors, big apartment, super is nice, location,
Cons:
Repairs require multiple calls to an unresponsive management company and an extremely incompetent building manager. Heat is never adequate and the hot water does not work well in the colder months.
Advice to owner:
Repair the boiler and follow up with repairs.

Not the best building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super seems nice, but he's never available.
Cons:
Loud street. Faces highway, so lots of trucks going by at night. Neighborhood is loud during summer, especially July. Elevator is always breaking. Heat issues.
