Ok overall, but the overwhelming roach situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was alright in terms of space and appliances. Really appreciated the dishwasher and the washer/dryer
Cons:
The building has a roach issue that don't seem to have a solution. The exterminator is supposed to come once a month, but a lot of times they never showed up and the roaches kept multiplying and making their way from the kitchen to the bathrooms and the bedrooms.
Advice to owner:
Have better pest control

Pretty good all things considered
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has an elevator, the neighbors are all nice, it’s super conveniently located
Cons:
The super is kinda wishy-washy at times, it’s an old building and it appears nice at first, but the harder you look the more you notice how old it is

Ok, short term
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some apartments have a nice view
Cons:
They apartments occasionally have pest issues, and the building is right off of busy Broadway with windows that are damaged and thin. In the winter the building puts the heat up so high that even with the windows open itll be too hot and the water will burn your skin. The floors are also slanted and need repair
Advice to owner:
Make necessary renovations to the building to prevent pests, noise, and overheating
