Cute modern apartment but gross unsafe building

Pros:
Very quiet, the manager of the building was nice and got stuff done.
Cons:
The building was pretty gross. Was being renovated the lobby area when I moved out. There would always be trash and needles in front of my apartment door. The front door of the building was broken the entire year and a half I lived here so anyone could walk in. Ups would leave packages on the street and neighbors would steal my packages.
Advice to owner:
Fix some things and it’ll be great
