Great apartments; poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful apartment. Great lighting. Everything Is walking distance but there are a great local and express train as well as express buses nearby. Stayed for years!
Cons:
No work done by super. Active leak went unchecked until it finally burst open in my bathroom ceiling one day. Management unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Respect tenants who have diligently paid you rent even during the pandemic. Clean up the building. There is a major plumbing issue.
