Dont live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry, decent sized bedrooms
Cons:
Pipe in shower that spews dirt and glass into tub (management refused to fix), problems would take weeks to get resolved, no living room space at all, always smelled like a gas leak, so many cockroaches even when the space was spotless, overpriced space, tried to raise our rent in the middle of the pandemic, owned by giant company that has over 50 other rental properties
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive
