Not Worth It
Former Tenant
Pros:
The garbage is kept in the basement of a different building and there are some older friendly neighbors in the building.
Cons:
The management company is impossible to get a hold off and every winter there is some issue with the heat/boiler. The are constantly looking to increase rent for improvements that are negligible.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants when they reach out and have the super clean with more frequency.

not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
its by all mayor transportation its surrounded by many places to eat and enjoy night life
Cons:
the building is taken over my drug dealers, the super is worthless he does not know how to repair anything and is unwilling to repair anything. the heat is an issue at times, having hot water is an issue as well
Advice to owner:
bring your building up to code and have a capable super on the premises
