Yikes on bikes
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet. Nice neighborhood. Easily accessible.
Cons:
- Unresponsive and dismissive management, whose office is STILL not open from the start of the pandemic almost 18 months later
- Unqualified super who does not know how to deal with real issues like water pressure or leaks
- In dire need of renovation due to the huge pest problem in my particular unit.

Advice to owner:
Answer your damn phones.
