Pros:
Heat & hot water in the winter is good.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, there are tenants living in the basement and have parties with loud music all summer long. If you tell them something they just put their music even louder.
They hardly clean or mop the building. The mirror inside the lobby seems like its been years nobody has cleaned it. With covid nothing seems sanitary.
When you want anything fix, expect to wait. Wait A LOT! These landlords only care about their money!
Rats come out of the garbage, a lot of them. Is even scary to walk at night.
There’s a laundromat in the basement, its not free and its not only for the building its for everyone to use, no cameras so you cannot leave your belongings unattended.
