So many cockroaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Location is nice
Cons:
Everything else. Small apartment, infested with cockroaches and mice, the building as a whole has them and the property manager was entirely unresponsive and only started sending pest control once we threatened legal action. Even though pest control is coming, the issue is far from resolved. Also the gas has been shut off in the building since last summer with no resolution, but we did get a discount on rent for a little. Even that is no longer being applied even though we still don’t have gas

Bed bugs, bad neighbors, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great! But with that location comes noise and construction and some crime.
Cons:
Neighbors had bed bugs and didn’t do anything about it. We had a gas leak when we moved in and management never fixed it. We broke the lease within 5 months. It was an unsafe place to live.
Overall the appliances and heat were sub par. Impossible to get the apartment cooled down.
Advice to owner:
I am not even sure where to start. The owner seemed to be a pretty bad person looking to get out of there as well (they may have sold the property since then this was 2019). There are obvious things here that should be improved.
