Great value for location, just never have packages delivered here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pros: rent stabilized. Laundry in basement. LOCATION. All of the neighbors I have met seem friendly.
Cons:
STOLEN PACKAGES is by far the biggest con, zero security. It’s almost impressive how somebody seems to steal this amount of packages, They must know exactly when USPS/UPS/FedEx delivers. It’s not even worth having a package delivered here unless it’s very large and heavy like a piece of furniture or else it will almost for sure get stolen. The super is also extremely unpleasant. Management seems a bit unorganized.
Advice to owner:
Install so security cameras, even just one single camera by the mailboxes! Not a fake camera like the one that is there.
