Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in the perfect location and everyone that lives there is kind.
Cons:
The management is non responsive and the building needs massive upgrades. It's quite literally falling apart.
Advice to owner:
Fix the building.

Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
- they're not cleaning stairs and hallways for weeks - be ready to wait for a response to the maintenance request for weeks - once they're doing maintenance - the performance is very cheap and bad - bad water pressure - increased rent by 30% in summer 2022 (in a rent-stabilized building) - we haven't had gas for three months, and they didn't inform ConEd - we've got to pay gas bills fully all this time.
Cons:
- good neighbors
Advice to owner:
You should respond to maintenance requests in a proper manner - 24 hrs max, not for weeks. With your rent, the maintenance cannot be the cheapest. Clean the hallways weekly
