Small but nice

Pros:
Great location and well maintained. Supers are very responsive to keep everything running.
Cons:
All units are very small and over priced.
Advice to owner:
Lower your rent for the small studios

mixed bag, walker malloy is problematic

Pros:
lots of light on side of building that faces street, not too loud, loved my unit and it made a great home for time i was there, well located, super is lovely and responsive
Cons:
crazy rent hikes ($400/year), bad hallway smells, constant elevator and water maintenance, management is rude and greedy, thin walls

Sweet nyc apt building

Pros:
Small building, maintenance staff is amazing!
Cons:
A bit older & you don’t get much light depending on which apartment you have. The backside gets less light but is very quiet.
