    Pros:
    Nothing about this building is a pro.
    Cons:
    NYCHA buildings although cheap and in a state where you should not stay. Heat is given on the hottest days while your left to freeze on cold days, maintenance never comes, and the other tenants disrespect the building by pissing all over the both stairways and elevators
    Advice to owner:
    Get your shit together.
