Terrible pests - nice lobby
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice lobby, 24hr super, nice neighbors
Cons:
Laundry machines are more expensive than taking laundry to wash and fold, mice and cockroaches and exterminator that doesn't know how to handle them - had to hire private exterminator myself. basement so dirty and filled with pests you can't use it.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the cockroaches and mice

Generally all good things to say
Former Tenant
Pros:
Noise level was never an issue. Super was generally pretty helpful. Reservable common space was a great perk.
Cons:
Small mouse problem (3 total mice noticed in 2 years), but other than that nothing to complain about
