Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for 6 years and had a really great experience. The building is decently maintained, the super is very responsive, and the landlord is actually nice. The walls are very thick and the apartments are well laid out. Never had any issues with the neighbors and most people tend to stay here for years
Cons:
Some minor things: the trash outside can get a bit gross. And the water pressure isn't the best in the shower.
Advice to owner:
N/A. We're so thankful to have had a great experience her
