Luxury Apartment Prices… minus the luxury
Former Tenant
Pros:
No issues with pests. Quiet as long as you have quiet neighbors. Kitchens have dishwashers and ice makers, which are nice. Lovely community and neighbors. I generally feel very safe.
Cons:
Very thin walls and ceilings. There have been several building wide maintenance periods which have disrupted living. Hot water has been shut off a few times for repairs. No access to laundry in building for a month. Elevators have frequently been down.
Advice to owner:
If there are going to issues accessing amenities, you should offer a rent rebate.
