-Laundry in building
-Rooftop access
-Elevator
-Only 3 units per floor
-Butterfly app to let people in from anywhere
Cons:
-Young area so pending on neighbors it can be loud at times
-Laundry room was overall fine but could use a deep clean
-Expensive for what you get

Pros:
Sweet maintenance guys. Cute shared roof deck, albeit never tidy. Landlord mostly leaves you alone.
Cons:
Thin walls. Can hear casual conversation in the next apartment some days. Cold in winters, hot in summers. Landlord is greedy and raised rents by 20% one year and 32% the next.
