Good generally, but wish heat was better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good super, nice apartments, reasonable bathrooms, good but small kitchen. really nice lobby for the area. great buzzer
Cons:
Heat is poor in the building. Swear it doesn't get warm enough to meet legal requirements but maybe i'm just prone to be cold cause I've been told that it is.

41 Avenue B Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is very responsive.
Cons:
They increased the rent significantly after 1 year and left 0 room for negotiating.
Advice to owner:
Leave some wiggle room for a good tenant when the lease is up.
