Great management but needs more lajndr

I love management here they are so responsive. The building really brings a sense of commun
Cons:
If you’re on the Avenue side the AC bills are insane. Mine were close to $400 a mo
Advice to owner:
Add more laundry machines. They don’t work super well and there isn’t enough

* Appliances * Bad AC * Takes a long time to fix stuff if it requires an external service
