Love the apartment, hate the management

Pros:
It’s across from the post office so the street is always well lit, and being in the back of the building, it doesn’t bother me. Things that are good: heat, appliances, storage space. They got new laundry machines in the building next door that are operated by an app, so much better than having to save quarters. Most of the neighbors are very nice.
Cons:
The super left and no one told us for over a month. I had to contact management. They got back to me quickly on this, but the rental office is a distance. It took months to renew my lease. Also, I did have bedbugs in this apartment. They dealt with it quickly enough, but I don’t think anyone else in the building was told or given the option to have extermination. The regular exterminator is great, but I’m almost never home because she comes in the middle of a work day. There is a very loud neighbor on the second floor who blasts music. People do leave bikes in the hallway, which is annoying because the hallways are narrow.
