My Favorite Building in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was the second building I lived in NYC. My first building was with a big landlord that had a management office that could not care less about me. The management here was great - they would keep the building spotless and were extremely responsive whenever I had a repair. You could tell they actually cared about the building. I would have renewed for another year if my roommates and I didn’t decide to split up.
Cons:
Laundry was expensive.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building Pretty quiet at night Water pressure is best I’ve ever seen in a building Spacious units
Cons:
The building has a roach problem, a bad one I get it exterminated in the apartment every month and still have issues Building mangers don’t want to fix it
