Great, except for the roaches

Pros:
Staff is great. Gym and laundry are super convenient.
Cons:
A lot of roaches (in the apartment I rented a room in at least, maybe because it was close to the trash room). Elevators are too often often out of order.

Well maintained building. People live here for a very long time. Everyone seems to like the building.
Cons:
Very little turn over. It is very rare for one of these apartments to become available.
