Good starter apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was great Owner was responsive Great location No water/heat issues
Cons:
Lots of college-aged kids who ruined roof furniture Young people living on my floor who would put crazy things in the trash room (blocking your access) Owners raised rent drastically between Year 1 and Year 2

Great apartment in a great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is amazing, near lots of food and shops. The building feels very safe and haven't run into any major issues yet.
Cons:
Broker was pretty shady, occasionally people will chat on the stoop (nothing dangerous or overnight), it takes ~1-2 weeks to get a response for any maintenance stuff, and it's kind of expensive
Advice to owner:
Lower the price and response more quickly to maintenance requests

very solid place to live in east village
Former Tenant
Pros:
- elevator - modern-ish - roof - balcony - central AC - good water pressure - garbage disposal shoot
Cons:
- elevator gets dirty pretty often - randos will stoop on the front steps - some appliances in the apartment are old
Advice to owner:
be more proactive than reactive

It's an ok place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, with elevator building. Apartments are fairly renovated
Cons:
We lost hot water once for like 15 days and they gave us ~$2 off per day for rent. Noise can be pretty bad sometimes, neighbors are young! We signed a 3b apatment that was 1 flexed to 3...
Advice to owner:
stop flexing the apartments

Horrible don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good. Building is horrible.
Cons:
Everything literally. Elevator never works. Laundry never works. Super and management company are extremely rude and unhelpful. False advertising everywhere. Packages get stolen all the time. Bugs all the time. Super never comes or comes 8 hours after he says he will.
Advice to owner:
You literally don’t care about your tenants one bit. You are extremely unhelpful.
