Good location poor repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and outdoor spaces
Cons:
Responses from management are typically stopgaps rather than permanent fixes

Not the worst but def notthe best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Super, excellent layout/space, neighborhood
Cons:
Systemic water leaks, waves of pest issues, just expect them to only do the bare minimum in cost and execution for repairs which means nothing is ever resolved and a perpetual battle
Advice to owner:
Just hire the RIGHT PEOPLE for the RIGHT JOBS. You can actually solve half of your turnover by just fixing systemic issues in the building.
