Pros:
This building is outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home in its modern, yet warm and inviting atmosphere. The airy lobby boasts a creative mix of stylish décor that creates the ultimate blend of comfort and contemporary glamour. The spacious hallways and expansive windows throughout the building let in vibrant natural light that illuminates the entire space. The building is also incredibly energy efficient, with thoughtful heating and cooling systems and energy efficient appliances. On top of that, the building is incredibly well-maintained and provides a safe, secure environment for its residents. All in all, this is an amazing building that’s sure to provide a comfortable, luxurious, and energy efficient home for years to come.
Cons:
Would like a larger gym space but the current gym studio has all needed machines for a good quick at home workout.

Pros:
Rudy, the super, was very responsive and personally took care of issues. Building is in a great neighborhood but is still very quiet.
Cons:
Kind of close to Meatpacking night clubs so occasionally annoying street traffic late at night
Advice to owner:
None - property is well run.
