Pros:
Clean, new, beautiful. I was one of the first tenets, but over 5 years it remained consistently great.
Cons:
Expensive and small rooms - once I moved in with my partner, we looked at 1 BRs but found them too small to stay
Advice to owner:
Lower your prices if at all possible :)

modern building, friendly doorpeople, clean and quiet building, elevator, grocery store on corner

management takes awhile to get back to you, relies on their app
