Renting from condo owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff extremely responsive. Even during COVID, they were so responsive making everyone feel safe and cared for.
Cons:
Renting my apartment from condo owner. Absolutely the worse decision I ever made. The owner of the apartment uses it just to make money and has no interest in the maintenance of it. Also owners of other apartments treat renters of like 2nd class citizens.
Advice to owner:
To the owner of my condo please treat your renters with respect and not like we are nothing but dollar signs to you!!!
