Looks Nice but Avoid if you Expect Normal Maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to local train
Cons:
-Nobody cleans building. Walls have dirt on them and floors are gross. Some residents put garbage at front door next to mail instead of garbage room. -Lots of smokers and it goes into your unit -They promise a lot when you move in but provide nothing -do not respond to maintenance emails but will send rent reminders -flooding in basement and mold when it rains bad -Can hear your neighbors conversations through door and walls.
Advice to owner:
Fix up your new building. Looks disgusting and hire management that actually cares and looks at the property. Address problems immediately and not make paying residents wait months for things to get fixed.
