Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord would come out and investigate the complaint, but do nothing about the complaint instead he will tell tenants not to open the door for inspections.
Cons:
Lead paint, mold,no hot water every other day, windows don’t lock,no heat when the temperature is under 50 degrees, noisy building no installation in the walls, garbage area is disgusting and rat and roach infested also the hallway is disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your property, give your tenants a livable, lead and mold free clean apartments, you’re getting paid.
