It wasn’t great

Pros:
Apartments with the letter B get a good enough view of the back which has a lot of cats
Cons:
The owner is rude and the superintendent has a lot of fleas on him and brought it with home when we had a problem in the bathroom. And the bathroom light for 1B went out cuz of water problems from the floor above and they never fixed it.
Advice to owner:
Be nicer to your renters

Nothing absolutely nothing !!
Don’t rent here !!
You’re better off with housing

It’s always noisy
Kids smoke weed in between the stair cases making it hard to walk down
Always dirty
Super doesn’t knows how to fix nothing
Always a party even on work weeks til 5am
Landlord doesn’t care about anything but the money over charges for rent stabilized apts In horrible condition. He will hire someone to make it look good to the eye and as soon as you move in it falls apart. Building is always dirty super doesn’t even try to get up early to clean this is the only building in this block that lobby looks like shit !
Advice to owner:
Get a new super & new management
Sell the building for whatever you can cause it’s not work a dime!!
you’re an inhumane low life!!
Would you have your children live in this slum!!
No I hope you reap all you sow for having people live in these conditions !!
