    Beautiful area, average building

    Pros:
    Beautiful area, near Prospect Park and other things to do, close to the subway
    Cons:
    Floods very easily, roaches and mice, water sometimes takes awhile to warm up in shower
    Advice to owner:
    Care about your tenants. Prepare for emergencies.
