Great neighborhood, central to most of Brooklyn, easy to get to manhattan.
Cons:
Strange odor in hallway/staircase. Older building not well maintained.

Landlord is a bully! Building in disrepair!

Grocery store across the street. Thats about it….
Cons:
Expensive for what the building actually is. Landlord is horrible. The building is old and failing apart. Landlord bandaids everything, doesn’t care. Will gaslight and bully you if you have any kind of complaint. Stay away for your peace of mind!
Advice to owner:
Sell the building. Or get a decent management company to run it for you. You are extremely bad at your job..
