Landlord is a bully! Building in disrepair!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Grocery store across the street. Thats about it….
Cons:
Expensive for what the building actually is. Landlord is horrible. The building is old and failing apart. Landlord bandaids everything, doesn’t care. Will gaslight and bully you if you have any kind of complaint. Stay away for your peace of mind!
Advice to owner:
Sell the building. Or get a decent management company to run it for you. You are extremely bad at your job..

Stay away!!! Horrible landlord/owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area
Massive space
All utilities included
No keys needed
Laundry across the street
Cons:
Overpriced for the value - everything falling apart (old building needs major TLC)
Landlord blatantly broke the law and withheld our security deposit illegally (did not submit itemized deductions 14 days we moved out)
He used threatening and bullying tactics and blamed things on us not our fault
Neighbors were loud and terrible
Prioritized $ as do all greedy slumlords and illegally opened a montesorri school in the basement…?
Blamed us on things that were his fault
Huge flood from a storm broke roofing in one of the bedrooms and was not responsive nor helpful
Advice to owner:
MAJOR renovations needed. Maybe you wouldn’t have to return full security deposit if the so called damages that are tenants fault (not) are rendered by a <14 day notice as per NY housing LAWS! We have rights as tenants.
