Wonderful building, great staff

Pros:
Building staff is super responsive, friendly, helpful and kind. Amenities are kept clean and building worked quickly to fix repairs when things went wrong. Beautiful rooftop.
Cons:
None, would happily have lived there again.

One of my favorite BK Apartments!

Pros:
My spouse and I lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful. The doormen are amazing, units are large, and location is centrally located in Williamsburg. We had zero issues with the unit itself across appliances, building noise, etc. The rooftop is amazing with excellent amenities and views of Williamsburg. We loved living here day-to-day.
Cons:
We rented from owner, who hiked our rent almost 100% after 2 years which is why we chose to leave. Also, the corner of 11th and Driggs tends to flood in heavy rains and can be quite noisy from sirens. In 2022, a big storm flooding the 1st floor duplexes and lobby. I hope they added structural reinforcements to prevent flooding in the future. Additionally, the umbrella insurance policy for any work was high, so tenants need to hire expensive moving services or contractors for any repairs. This wasn't a daily annoyance, but we learned to keep an extra big buffer for moving or maintenance.
Advice to owner:
N/A! Warehouse 11 was a great place to live.
