Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big rooms, nice kitchen, near train.
Cons:
Packages stolen. Noisy and disruptive neighbors. Expect noise 24/7. Dangerous neighborhood. Heat and hot water inconsistent. Roaches throughout apartment and rodents in walls/apartment. Broken stairs, run down hallway. Front door is always open. Not worth it, especially at such a high cost.
Advice to owner:
Taking care of your tenants should be your number one priority and it isn’t. You dismissed complaints and violations and as a result lost valuable tenants.
