Pros:
There is enough space in some areas of the building
Cons:
-No hot water for days due to constant boiler issues
-No Heat When Temperature Is Below 55 degree Celsius
-Landlord is very disrespectful
-Broken appliances and landlord refuses to replace
-Landlord makes living there a problem with his constant calls and texts for no reason
-Landlord randomly invites his guests in the living room watch television
-Landlord gives little or no efforts to have problems fix in the house
-The house is never cleaned and he collects cleaning fees
-States that electricity is within rent but when the bills comes, he wants to tell you how much electricity to use
-Landlord mother constantly eavesdrops through their window as soon as you open or close the gate to see what you’re doing
-Landlord will enter your room without any notifications
Advice to owner:
Be more readily available to replace broken appliances and amenities to one’s livelihood.
