Fine overpriced building, but don’t expect anything to get fixed

Pros:
Courtyard Dog friendly Newly renovated unit (at the time of me living there)
Cons:
Dark apartment Asked for several things to be fixed and they were never fixed or I had to pay/fix it myself if it really mattered to me (like a leaky window, exhaust fan kept falling out, and there was no threshold for the front door). People would host parties on the courtyard and the walls were pretty thin so it would be loud.

Pros:
LOVE the neighbourhood
Cons:
- The walls are paper-thin (I can hear people opening tins and their cutlery touching their plates when they eat, and I can smell everybody else's food too) - Completely unresponsive management & lazy super. They do less than the bare minimum even when there is a major leak damaging their own property - They raised the rent 35% in one year - Absolutely zero upkeep of common spaces. Filthy and disgusting laundry room, storage area, gym, etc. The courtyard has never been cleaned and tenants have to tend to it themselves. - Cockroach problem in the gym

Get a new super and property management company
