Solid rental property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great water pressure. We had one mouse in the garbage room. When we reported it the management and they promptly addressed the issue - no problems since.
Cons:
They did schedule fixing the sewage the day after Thanksgiving which meant we were not able to use the toilet or other water all day.
Advice to owner:
Don’t schedule major building work the day after a major holiday.

Really nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super nice building, with an amazing rooftop. Extremely friendly staff
Cons:
Loud neighbors. On the top floor you could hear people partying and running on the roof

Plenty of light
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments get plenty of light. Appliances are included in the apartment.
Cons:
Landlord isn’t super responsive. Building cleaning could and should be improved. Recycling could and should be improved. Appliances are usually older models and landlord fights the repairs and upgrades. Cabinets are in need of upgrades.
