Loved living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best managed building I have ever lived in. Great staff, responsive on maintenance, great amenities, no pests, renovated, etc. Very quiet if you have a courtyard-facing unit. You get what you pay for!
Cons:
Apartments are small and rent increases can be unreasonable/way over market (hundreds $$ more than identical units in the same building—same size, floor, etc.).
Advice to owner:
Be more flexible about rent increases.
