Musso Properties
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near shopping and transportation
Cons:
Buildings are 70 years old and have never been maintained properly. The only improvements have been cosmetic. There are problems with electricity, elevators and plumbing. Landlord refuses to pay interest on security deposit and tries to find an excuse not to return renter's security deposit when they move. Owner and management not responsive to the needs of renters.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the needs of residents.
