3 Year Resident
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big units, proximity to 7 train, outdoor space
Cons:
Neighbors are horrible, communal space on each floor (laundry) often trashed, noise levels high. Water leaves a strange brown/red tint but have been advised that it is not toxic.
Good management and good area to be in overall very positive experience
Cons:
Rent increases and takes a few days to get maintenance
Advice to owner:
Quicker turnaround on maintenance request

Enjoyed living here for many years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly front desk. Quick response to work orders. Good location.
Cons:
Cleanliness of hallways and trash rooms declined over the years. Some neighbors were not pleasant, leaving messes in common spaces and acting obnoxiously.

Great building with amazing stuff!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic amenities and the best building stuff u can ever ask for. Great rooftop with really good view.
Cons:
The construction around the building really taking forever. Pool hour in weekday is a bit short.
Advice to owner:
Please give all front desk worker the same working hours in rotation. Angel is really cool, but other stuff should have a bit more daytime hours. It’s not really fair to let Kevin take all night hours in my opinion.

A joy to live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the building, staff, management, neighbors, views, and location. Solid building all around.
Cons:
Not much! The gym was a bit small and pool hours were restricted. The spaces were not the biggest but probably in line with others in the area.
