ok luxury building, good location but not worth the rent

Pros:
- prime location at long island city, steps away from subway station
- luxury building with amentities
- clean
- good sound proof
Cons:
- frond desk sometimes arn't that nice
- the building now requires tenants themselves with photo ID for package reception
- long line at the elevator
- bad water pressure
