Pros:
- diverse community
- lots of shops nearby
- new appliances
- has an elevator
- can access other buildings' laundry
- 12 mins walk from subway
Cons:
- no kitchen counter space
- not wheelchair friendly
- no bathroom ventilation
- no microwave
- packages get stolen
- limited internet options

The building manager and maintenance are not very responsive.

Cons:
Management is not responsive. Also the call center that I get when I call to contact maintenance lacks professionalism. I spoke with a lady name Jen who cursed and yelled at me.
They are always cutting off the water. It's unsafe and unsanitary. When I call to tell them about it they do not help they argue.
Advice to owner:
Train your staff at the call center to be professional and respectful. Also repair the things we put tickets in for

Improve living conditions if you’re going to raise the rent by $120+

Noisy neighbors; heat is the problem during cold times; water pipes have issue

None its just not worth the crazy high rent.
Cons:
Roaches, unbearable loud noise from the Highway, dirty building, smelly basement, super only wipes the first floor. Rent is crazy high.
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent and make sure the super wipe all six floors not just the first one and also basement which smells like puke all the time.
