Property Manager Does Not Exist!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and neighbors are great!
Cons:
The property manager does not respond to emails and since we don’t have his phone number, there is no other way to get in touch with him. At this point, we have sent him over 15 emails about various things but he hasn’t responded to a single one. We even tried calling the Maintainance number and the lady that responds tried to get him to respond but with no luck!
We are lucky to have a great Super that makes up for this but if we truly had an emergency, we know that the property manager wouldn’t be there.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new property manager
