The Meurice - a great renter's building

Pros:
+ New laundry room backed by MyMagicPass, making it easy to know when units are available and payment without a physical card + Doormen are great. Mark and Robert are stalwarts of the rotation and are great + Responsive management company (WAM Partners)
Cons:
- Strangely would have water shut off during the day 1-2 times a year for plumbing maintenance - Our unit had more than a few roaches. Perhaps due to trash room being close by

Great location good sized apartments friendly staff
Cons:
Landlord is fraudulent. Illegal practices and renovations. Please check to see if your apartment is stabilized before moving in and paying these outrages prices as this landlord has definitely illegally destabilized apartments
