Pros:
Beautiful building with gorgeous details, responsive management, friendly staff, immaculate roof deck, new laundry room, well-ventilated and -maintained common areas
Cons:
Too expensive for us to stay :(

It’s a mixed bag

Friendly doormen, great natural light
Cons:
Mice problem, some tenants monopolize the roof and were rude to other tenants which made a beautiful space much less pleasant
