Not the best not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is decent, lots of space if you are in the right unit.
Cons:
Building management is unresponsive. There are rodents in the wall. Heat isn't good.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants

It was fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked the high ceilings
Cons:
The layout was weird and not great for having a living room space. The shower water pressure was also not great, but acceptable. We moved out because the rent was raised too much for us to afford.
Advice to owner:
There should be a rent raise cap if there are no improvements made to the apartment by management.

Horrible landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was great
Cons:
Unresponsive about issues, harasses tenants
Advice to owner:
During the beginning pandemic you threatened eviction proceedings because tenants could not pay their rent. You relentlessly emailed us with threats of garnishing the money from our guarantors after we reached out to you and tried to work with you. When you eventually addressed this, you stated that you would offer a $50 rebate on our $4200 rent if we paid it on time. You also threatened to charge exorbitant late fees, but ceased to do so when we alerted you of our knowledge of that action’s illegality.

On top of this, our apartment was dilapidated and we did not receive any help. Our buzzer stopped working, our sunroof was leaking, our heat wasn’t working properly, and the lock on our door broke. We ended up having to fix all of these issues on our own and out of pocket due to your dereliction in responsiveness.
