Good but not great

Pros:
The units themselves are very nice, with decent amenities. And it is pet friendly. Location is nice. And for the most part, you won’t have any issues.
Cons:
The Super is the worst. He doesn’t even live here. He lives in Brooklyn. He’ll talk your ear off about how he loves to do crack. He’s also incredibly inappropriate with how he speaks to tenants. The outside of the building is not kept. There are rats. The tenants in the units on the top floors throw their garbage out their windows and it will go cleaned for months.
