Not coming back to EV because of this apartment

Pros:
I can't think of much. Although I lived on a somewhat busy street, I did not hear any noises from the outside.
Cons:
From the top of my head:
- super took weeks to respond to our complaint (a lightbulb needed to be replaced)
-no windows in some bedrooms
-small space (bedrooms were very small)
-bad AC (some rooms didn't have AC; my room had AC but was unusable because of dirty black stuff coming out when using AC)
-poor ventilation
-old building
-lot of pests like cockroaches and flies
-only 2 laundry units
-throwing out the garbage was disgusting
Advice to owner:
Respond to complaints/requests faster

Pros:
Super is responsive, water pressure and temperature is good, generally good management of trash and stairwell areas
Cons:
Some package theft issues with the lobby, the dryers don't work super well, and we've seen 3 roaches in our 2 years here, which isn't horrible but not ideal

Pros:
Responsive super, clean building, no pests in unit.
Cons:
Lots of rats in the backyard where we throw out trash, but stomping on the stairs a few times disperses them. Laundry in the basement was unreliable, and the laundry room was pretty consistently dirty.
Advice to owner:
Use less strong-smelling disinfectant in the halls, that stuff smelled bad!
